The site is located close to Ikateq, Greenland. Winter in this area is longer then in the rest of the emisphere and temperatures range from -0C to -40C.

 

The pavilion frames two specific views, one of the bay, the other of the woods allowing users to enjoy the flora and fauna of the location before an horizon that extends the view to the users immagination.

Point of entrance of the pavilion; on the left is the interior view of the space overlooking the bay, on the right is the external view of the interior space overlooking the forest.
